Items that are in stock will be shipped within 10 working days.

Items that are out of stock will be shipped within 10 working days starting the date they are re-stocked.

Bespoke orders may, understandably take longer depending on the complexity of the order.

Delivery charges will be according to the area/city the item is shipped to.

Orders above 1,000 EGP will be delivered free of charge.

Items are shipped in our standard packaging, if you need a special packaging or gift-wrap for a special item, please contact us at: customerservice@marwafawzy.com

·         Orders picked up from our booth in Point 90 mall is free of charge.
